Maestro Zubin Mehta, the most important friend of Ivan Tasovac and the Belgrade Philharmonic, has sent a message of support for the concert of the Belgrade Philharmonic with Chief Conductor Gabriel Feltz at Kolarac Hall, tonight, at 8:00 p.m.

Feltz conducting the wonderful Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra in this and every next concert dedicated to my great friend Ivan Tasovac, I greet all the musicians of the great Belgrade Philharmonic, my dear colleague Gabriel Feltz as well as all friends of Ivan attending the concert and assure you all that I am with you in spirit. I also embrace his wife Marija and the children and pray that Ivan’s wish for a new concert hall will continue and pledge my support in whatever way I can to make his dream come true.

The Belgrade Philharmonic will perform Gustav Mahler’s magnificent Symphony No. 6, also known as the Tragic. Like last Friday, all future performances of the Belgrade Philharmonic will be dedicated to Ivan Tasovac.
