The pupils of the “Dragan Kovačević” Elementary School for the visually impaired were our special guests at an open rehearsal of the Belgrade Philharmonic.

Violinist Tamara and violist Slavica acquainted the pupils with the work of the Belgrade Philharmonic and with the sound of the various instruments that make up the orchestra. The students had an excellent knowledge of music culture and many of them already play an instrument. The Belgrade Philharmonic showed them how to play the flute, horn, trumpet, bassoon, clarinet, cello, double bass, harp, and the various percussion instruments.

The pupils sat in the place of the orchestra musicians and after the workshop they listened to a rehearsal of the orchestra with Conductor Bruno Merse.
