The Belgrade Philharmonic informs ticket holders that starting from today, they can submit ticket refund requests for our canceled December 6 concert.
Refund requests can be submitted at the Philharmonic ticket office (Studentski trg 11) on weekdays from 10AM to 8PM, Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM, as well as via e-mail: karte@bgf.co.rs.
To submit your refund request, the following information is necessary:
- Name and surname
- Personal ID number
- Address
- Bank account number (please provide the name and surname of the account owner if the ticket is to be refunded to someone else’s bank account)
- Proof of purchase (tickets) and information on way of purchase (at our ticket office or online)
- Phone number and e-mail address
Tickets can be refunded no later than Monday, December 23rd, and the refund will be paid directly to the provided bank account number.
