Spanish tenor Eduardo Aladrén studied at the Conservatory of his hometown Zaragoza, at the Madrid Conservatory of Music and at the School of Music in Bloomington (Indiana University, USA). He has sung more than 25 different major tenor roles on numerous stages in the USA and Europe, including Don José (Carmen), Werther, Nicias (Thaïs), Don Carlo, Alfredo (La traviata), Radames (Aida), Alvaro (La forza del destino), Macduff (Macbeth), Ismaele (Nabucco), Andrea Chenier, Maurizio (Adriana Lecouvreur), Turiddu (Cavalleria Rusticana), the Puccini roles Rodolfo (La Bohème), Cavaradossi (Tosca), Luigi (Il Tabarro), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly) and Calaf (Turandot) as well as Canio (Pagliacci), Lenski (Eugene Onegin) and Rodolpho (A View from the Bridge), as well as many more principal tenor roles in Zarzuela and Operetta.

Guest engagements have taken him to major opera houses in Madrid, Helsinki, Oslo, Prague, Moscow, Tokyo, Torre del Lago, Verona, Chicago, Riga, Munich, Leipzig, Essen, Bonn, Mallorca, Zurich, St. Gallen, Bilbao, Oviedo, Riga, Palm Beach, Miami, Calgary, Ottawa, among many others.

In addition to his career as a guest artist, Aladrén has been also since 2019/20 a soloist member of the ensemble at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Germany, where he has been performing regularly many different major repertoire tenor roles, as Cavaradossi, Pinkerton, Don Jose, Rodolfo, Alfredo, Macduff, and so on.

His frequent appearances in Concert and Oratorio include some of the most famous recital halls all over the world as for instance the Gasteig Philharmonie Munich, Symphony Center Chicago, Adrienne Arsht Center Miami, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts Palm Beach, Miami Dade-County Auditorium and the Broward Center Performing Arts Fort Lauderdale, all in the USA, the Spanish Radio & Television Orchestra and Chorus in Madrid, Rundfunkhaus Cologne, Kurhaus Wiesbaden, Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen, Konzert Haus “Die Glocke” Bremen, Philharmonie Südwestfallen, Neues Kammerorchester Potsdam-Berlin, all of them in Germany, the “Konigin Elizabethsaal” in Antwerpen (Belgium), Bellas Artes Theater in Mexico D.F, and the National Arts Center Ottawa, Jack Singer Concert Hall Calgary and the Winspear Center Edmonton all three in Canada.
