Young British trombonist Peter Moore captured the attention of audiences worldwide when, at the age of only twelve, he became the youngest winner in the history of the BBC’s Young Musician competition. At the age of eighteen, he became the youngest member in the history of the London Symphony Orchestra. In addition, so far, his career has developed in the solo direction, and he also teaches at the famous Royal Academy of Music and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. This exceptional young artist will share the stage with the musicians of the Belgrade Philharmonic and Chief Conductor Gabriel Feltz in perforing an interesting contemporary trombone concerto Stargazer by Jonathan Dove. After the failure of his First Symphony, the magnificent Second Symphony brought composer Sergei Rachmaninov the Glinka Award as well as plenty of self-confidence and ovations from the audience. The concert will be conducted by Chief Conductor Gabriel Feltz, winner of the Sergei Rachmaninoff Foundation Award in 2007 for the interpretation of a series of concerts with Rachmaninov’s music.
