The Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra opens its doors for the youngest audience and concerts for babies on April 10 and April 13, from 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. respectively. The orchestra performs the most beautiful lullabies under the baton of Vuk Wolkov Popovic.
The BPO Hall has been transformed again into a music playroom where babies and toddlers up to 2 years old can enjoy the magical sounds. The youngest BPO audience ever at the concerts are record holders Stefan and Carna, being only 23 and 26 days old, respectively. These concerts are open to audiences from all over Serbia and the region, while the universal language of classical music brings together many foreigners living in Belgrade too, from Greece to Mexico.
These half-hour philharmonic concerts for babies have discovered many talents so far, whereas the parents cannot express enough gratitude for the quality time they have had with their children. This round of concerts in April is also the last in the philharmonic season, and new gatherings are scheduled for next fall.
