Jelena Milašinović

Public Relations Manager

 

Jelena Milašinović has served as the PR Manager of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra since 2013. As the institution’s spokesperson, she oversees all communication efforts, develops and implements marketing and communication strategies, and leads development projects focused on social responsibility and Belgrade Philharmonic’s brand promotion.

 

She is the recipient of the prestigious PRO PR GLOBE Award for 2024, which recognizes individuals for their contributions to the public relations profession on a global, regional, and local level.

 

Milašinović has received numerous awards for the campaigns and projects of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, including: 2024 – Silver and Bronze UEPS Awards for Brand PR and BTL Event, presented by the Serbian Association for Market Communications; 2023 – Gold and Silver UEPS Awards for Social Media Presence and Print Campaign; 2021 – Kaktus Award for PR (Marketing Network), as well as Gold and two Silver UEPS Awards for Socially Responsible Campaign, COVID Creativity, and Integrated Promotional Campaign; 2020 – Gold and Silver UEPS Awards for Socially Responsible Campaign and Brand PR, plus the Digital Communication Award from the Public Relations Society of Serbia; 2019 – Kaktus Award for Best PR (Marketing Network), two Bronze UEPS Awards for Brand PR and Communication of a Socially Responsible Project, and two PRiznanje Awards from the Public Relations Society of Serbia; 2018 – PRiznanje Award for PR Communication in Integrated Campaigns, awarded by the Public Relations Society of Serbia.

 

Milašinović is a member of the international jury for the PRO PR Globe Communication Achievement Awards. She has also served as a jury member for the DISRUPT Awards (organized by Adam Studio) and was part of the expert commission of the Ministry of Culture and Information of Serbia in the field of contemporary music creation.

 

She has participated in numerous professional conferences and forums on communications in the creative industries, marketing, and corporate social responsibility, including: Vivaldi CMO Forum (Mokra Gora School of Management), AdCast Webinar (Marketing Network). Creative Europe Forum, Conferences such as Disrupt or Be Disrupted, Audience Development in Classical Music, CSR Serbia – Pioneers of Social Responsibility, and What Drives Culture? (Erste Bank)

 

Jelena Milašinović has been a Board Member of the Heartefact Fund since 2019. She is the author of several case studies on communication strategies published in professional journals, as well as numerous opinion pieces in Serbian media.

 

Milašinović is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade. She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Arts, specializing in Cultural Policy and Management in the Balkans (Interculturalism and Mediation). She has completed professional training in public relations at the London School of Public Relations in Belgrade.

 

Her work experience also includes cooperation with the Artlink organization. She was employed at the Academy of Arts as a piano teacher (2002-2012). She holds a degree in piano performance from the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade.
